Shelter and Feeding

Apart from healing, the ministry also has established a feeding programme for the destitute in the central part of Pretoria. Thousands of rand have already been spent for their clothing as well.

The ministry also extended this commission by taking some of the boys who had turned street kids — into its care. This is its vision of putting people in their respective purpose in God.

Collen Skhosana and Jimmy Sibanyoni bear testimony to this gigantic assignment. They are 2 of the boys whom the ministry removed from the city's streets and is now taking care of.

Soweto-born Collen testified that he was abandoned by his mother at an early age after which he was taken to a place of safety in Benoni. He was later taken to Soshanguve where he stayed under the care of foster parents. But he said when he was eighteen he left them as a result of the abusive nature of the relationship he experienced. He then lived in the streets of Pretoria — where he began to engage himself in criminal activities as a robber. But the love of God judges no one.

When the ministry reached out to those staying and sleeping in the streets through feeding - little did Collen know that God was calling him to be restored. "I thank God for Prophet Joseph Nartey because since I came to the ministry I used to wear dirty clothes and the stench was unbearable but now I’m clean. I eat healthily and the place where I stay now which is the church’s house is magnificent, I’ve never had the luxury to stay in such a peaceful place", he said.

This well-conversant and exuberant young lad said he's now focused on doing what Father God has created him to do. As he puts it, "I’m presently working in the ministry as a sound engineer but my desire is to become a healing minister". The boys also attend classes for lessons on how to read and express themselves.

And for many whom might have been diverted from their divine course of life — the answer is in the Holy Spirit. He’s the only one who can transform our lives as no man can do it. As the man of God normally puts it: "If you can see your vision, you can have it". Yield your spirit to what God is doing in your life and His peace and prosperity will be your portion.
